We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager with strong knowledge of financial planning, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and ERP-driven finance processes. This role is ideal for someone who can take ownership of the full financial administration, support leadership with clear financial insights, and play a key role in ERP system changes or implementation projects. Key responsibilities - Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports - Lead budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and working capital monitoring - Analyze business performance and identify improvement opportunities - Support senior management with financial insights and recommendations - Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax rules, IFRS, and internal policies - Take responsibility for complete financial administration - Manage and support finance team members - Coordinate with auditors, banks, tax advisors, and external stakeholders - Improve finance processes, controls, reporting accuracy, and operational efficiency ERP / system change responsibilities - Support or lead ERP system changes, upgrades, or implementation projects - Work with IT teams and external consultants to map finance processes - Support data migration, reconciliation, testing, and validation - Lead finance UAT to ensure correct reporting and transaction processing - Train finance users on new ERP processes and reporting tools - Identify opportunities for automation, controls improvement, and better reporting Required experience - Strong Finance Manager / Financial Controller background - Experience with budgeting, forecasting, reporting, cash flow, and business performance analysis - ERP implementation, upgrade, or finance system change experience - Strong understanding of ERP finance processes - Knowledge of IFRS - Knowledge of project administration - Knowledge of Brazilian legislation - Experience in project/service business is preferred - Maritime industry experience is a strong plus - English language skills are required - Pragmatic, hands-on, and able to take full ownership of finance operations Apply directly or contact me to discuss further.
