Skills Required: Providing support to management as needed Reception and Telephony – welcoming clients and general visitors Responsible for the receipt and distribution of documents and general deliveries Opening several service requests in the condominium GoWork Partial relationship with the Building Leader Managing vacation schedules and ensuring pay slip receipt Managing PCMSO – annual periodic medical exams Managing time-off bank – every 4 months – insure the proper use and /or payment Personnel Dept. - liaising with WSS and ensuring employee documentation, ID badges, training compliance, and document signing (e.G., Cyber Security) for all new hires Monitoring and replenishing supplies and requesting office materials and tracking delivery General document organization Assisting in planning and executing daily administrative tasks Support in organizing events, meetings, travel, and training Inventory and equipment control – laptops, Speakers, etc Filing and scanning documents as needed Maintaining control of records, contracts, and forms Updating internal systems and employee records Assisting with accounts payable control Clever Devices is an Affirmative Action/Equal Opportunity Employer
