My client, a global food and beverage ingredient manufacturer undergoing a large transformation, is looking for an experienced Network & Infrastructure Manager to lead the delivery, performance, and evolution of a global enterprise network environment supporting a complex international business.
This is a leadership role focused on enterprise networking, connectivity, cloud operations, and collaboration platforms, ensuring secure, resilient, and scalable services across multiple regions and sites.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Lead and develop a global team of Network Engineers, Cloud Infrastructure Engineers, and Microsoft 365 specialists
- Own operational performance across enterprise network services including WAN, LAN, VPN, SD-WAN, wireless, and connectivity platforms
- Drive the reliability, security, and optimisation of Azure cloud and Microsoft 365 collaboration services
- Act as the senior escalation point for major incidents and critical service issues across network and cloud operations
- Manage strategic relationships with third-party managed service providers and ensure SLA performance
- Partner with Architecture and Cyber Security teams to align network strategy, resilience, and technical standards
- Lead infrastructure and network upgrades, migrations, and transformation initiatives with minimal operational disruption
- Oversee IT disaster recovery readiness and continuity planning across network and cloud services
- Champion ITIL best practices across incident, problem, change, and configuration management
- Support global projects involving connectivity, cloud adoption, digital workplace technologies, and collaboration tooling
- Monitor operational budgets and identify opportunities for service improvement and cost optimisation
Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience managing global or multi-site network and cloud operations
- Strong technical expertise in enterprise networking technologies including WAN, LAN, VPN, SD-WAN, routing, switching, and network security
- Solid experience with Microsoft 365 and Azure infrastructure services
- Experience leading and developing technical engineering teams in complex enterprise environments
- Strong vendor and managed service provider management experience
- Good understanding of infrastructure security principles and operational resilience
- Experience working within ITIL-based service environments
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience within manufacturing, FMCG, or highly operational environments would be advantageous
- Fluency in English
