In this role you will: (responsibilities): Design and develop cloud-ready and hybrid integration solutions using IBM App Connect / ACE. Build and expose RESTful APIs, event-driven services, and asynchronous integrations aligned to enterprise architecture standards. Implement modern integration patterns including API-led connectivity, event streaming, pub/sub, and request–reply. Develop integrations that are secure, scalable, resilient, and observable in cloud and hybrid environments. Work closely with architects to evolve integration standards and support cloud adoption and modernization initiatives. Integrate enterprise systems using messaging, APIs, file transfer, and streaming technologies. Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, automated deployments, and infrastructure-aware integration design. Support non-functional requirements including performance, high availability, disaster recovery, and security. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Cloud, DevOps, Security, QA, Product, and Business). Participate in troubleshooting, production support, and continuous improvement of integration platforms. Provide technical guidance and promote best practices across the integration community. Contribute to knowledge sharing, documentation, and adoption of integration best practices across the organization. Mandatory Skills Advanced English Strong hands-on experience with IBM App Connect Enterprise (ACE) / IBM Integration Bus (IIB). Proven expertise in: o ESQL, DFDL o REST & SOAP APIs o JSON, XML, XSLT o IBM MQ, JMS, Deep understanding of enterprise and cloud integration patterns. Experience designing integrations for high availability, scalability, and fault tolerance. Working knowledge of cloud platforms i.e. AWS Experience building or consuming cloud-native services and APIs. Programming experience in Java, including scripting and automation. Familiarity with Git-based version control and collaborative development workflows. Desirable Skills IIB / ACE certifications. Experience with MuleSoft or ETL or data integration tools (e.g., Informatica). Unix/Linux and shell scripting.
