Role Overview
We’re hiring recruiters and HR professionals who deeply understand hiring workflows across Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Workday. You’ll help build and evaluate AI systems that support sourcing, recruiting operations, and HR workflows.
What does day-to-day life look like?
Create realistic hiring and recruiting workflow scenarios
Evaluate AI-generated sourcing, screening, and recruiting outputs
Build synthetic candidate profiles, job reqs, and scorecards
Identify edge cases like duplicate applications, offer approval failures, and ATS/HRIS sync issues
Requirements
4–10 years in recruiting, sourcing, HRBP, TA Ops, or HR Operations
Strong experience with Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, and/or Workday
Excellent written communication skills
Comfort using AI tools like ChatGPT or Claude
Knowledge of recruiting workflows and hiring operations
Nice to have
Experience with ATS/HRIS administration
Familiarity with GDPR/CCPA compliance
Experience with AI evaluation or LLM workflows
