Title: Service Desk Analyst Location: San Isidro, Buenos Aires, Argentina Contract position JD: Provide support for Entra ID, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Power Platform, and Intune Assist in re-registering Windows devices with Bunge as Entra hybrid joined Troubleshoot Outlook, Outlook Web Access (OWA), and mobile email issues. Resolve issues related to Mailbox access, Profile recreation, Autodiscover, Shared mailboxes, Mail flow and permissions Resolve sign‐in, password, and MFA issues related to Entra ID tenant changes, UPN changes, Conditional Access policies, MFA re‐registration Provide support for mobile device migration (iOS and Android), including troubleshooting issues related to un-enrollment or enrollment with Intune Support Microsoft client reconfiguration issues related to Outlook, OneDrive, Teams, and Microsoft Office license activation Handle VIP and high priority issues promptly Provide on-desk support for critical/high-priority issues Assist with Teams meeting room reconfigurations Provide support for all M365 Tenant to Tenant migration related issues Conduct knowledge transition to the Viterra/Bunge IT Team for handling migration related issues, performing first-line investigations, and fixing problems
