Position: JD Industrials-Warehouse Supervisor Location: Guarulhos, São Paulo – Brazil (100% On-site) Department: Supply Chain Job Summary We are looking for a hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to manage daily warehouse operations. This role is responsible for ensuring efficient execution of inbound, outbound, and cross-docking activities, supervising the operational team, and maintaining high standards of accuracy, productivity, and service level. Key Responsibilities Warehouse Operations - Supervise daily warehouse operations, including inbound, outbound, and cross-docking activities - Ensure smooth execution of picking, packing, and loading processes - Monitor workflow and resolve operational issues in real time Quality Control & Performance - Ensure high levels of accuracy and efficiency in all operations - Monitor KPIs (productivity, error rate, on-time execution) and implement corrective actions - Drive continuous improvement initiatives Inventory Management - Support inventory control activities, including cycle counts and stock reconciliation - Ensure inventory accuracy and proper storage practices Warehouse Organization & Layout - Maintain warehouse organization and support layout optimization to improve operational flow - Ensure proper use of space and material handling processes Transportation & Coordination - Coordinate with 3PL carriers (FTL/LTL) for pickups and deliveries - Monitor shipment status and ensure timely dispatch and delivery Customer Interface & Tracking - Track orders and provide updates to internal teams and clients when needed - Support issue resolution to ensure service level and customer satisfaction Qualifications - Bachelor's degree or technical diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field (preferred) - Previous experience in warehouse operations - Experience with WMS or similar systems - Basic understanding of transportation operations (FTL/LTL) Language Requirements - Portuguese: Native or fluent - English: Minimum intermediate level (mandatory, for system usage and internal communication) Key Competencies - Hands-on and execution-oriented - Strong communication skills - Attention to detail and accuracy - Problem-solving mindset - Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment Work Conditions - 100% on-site role based in Guarulhos/SP - Warehouse environment
