Role Description This is a full-time Junior Lawyer role located on-site at JLegalTeam, based in São Paulo, SP. The Junior Lawyer will be responsible for assisting in the preparation and review of legal documents, conducting legal research, providing support for litigation and transactional matters, and ensuring compliance with applicable regulations. The role also involves maintaining client relationships and staying updated on changes to laws and legal precedent that may impact clients or the firm. Qualifications Skills in legal research, case analysis, and drafting of legal documents Resilience and desire to learn about different legal matters including tax law, contracts, family and civil law, international matters, among others. Desire to learn about accounting and tax calculations and returns Organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple tasks and deadlines Attention to detail and accuracy in research and document preparation Ability to maintain confidentiality and proactive approach on problem-solving skills Good verbal and written communication skills in Portuguese and fluent in English; A law degree and active enrollment with the Ordem dos Advogados do Brasil (OAB) Knowledge of at least one of the expertises either corporate law, tax law, contracts
