Job Description
Update, maintain, and enforce GM’s Tax policies and procedures. Actively manage tax controversies and litigation to produce tax‑efficient outcomes for GM. Oversee the development of tax planning and analytic models. Advise business personnel on the tax aspects of new business initiatives and operations. Possess strong working relationships with external auditors, functional peers, taxing authorities, and outside counsel as required.
