Senior Azure Data Engineer (Databricks / Delta Lake) We are looking for a Data Engineer with strong experience in Big Data environments on Azure to design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines within a Lakehouse architecture in the financial sector. What you will do - Design and develop ETL/ELT pipelines on Azure - Work with Azure Data Lake (ADLS Gen2) as the central data repository - Implement data models based on the Common Data Model - Process large-scale data using Databricks (Spark / PySpark) - Manage data using Delta Lake (ACID transactions, versioning) - Enable data consumption through Databricks SQL - Integrate data with APIs and upstream/downstream systems What we are looking for - Solid experience in Data Engineering / Big Data - Strong hands-on experience with: - Azure (Data Lake, Data Factory, Databricks; Synapse is a plus) - Python / PySpark - Advanced SQL - Solid understanding of Lakehouse architectures - Experience with Delta Lake - Strong knowledge of data modeling - Experience working in regulated environments (financial sector is a plus) Nice to have - Knowledge of Common Data Model - Experience with Azure DevOps / CI/CD pipelines - Background in banking, risk, or regulatory reporting Work Model - Hybrid (3 days onsite – Morumbi, São Paulo) What We Offer - Career path, mentorship, and training in modern recruiting practices. - Access to certifications and language classes. - Dynamic, international environment with cross-country collaboration. - Competitive CLT benefits package (health, dental, life, meal/transport allowances, WellHub).
