Job Summary
Theresourcewillbe responsible for overseeing and supporting the ATLAS Customer Onboarding. This role involves coordinating with multiple teams, ensuring all requirements are met and delivered on time. The ideal candidates should have good understanding of Stakeholder Management, Program and Project Management, excellent communication, problem solving skills.
Job Role
- Good experience in Technical Project and Program management.
- Prior experience in Complex Project Customer Onboarding of any new service.
- Managing stakeholders and ensure roadblocks are removed during customer Onboarding.
- Follow escalation path to ensure we meet the SLA for customer Onboarding.
- Regular review of the process for Customer Onboarding. Recommend process improvements.
- Supporting SAP lead customers onboarding for customers signing the ATLAS RISE contract.
- Aligning closely with individual SAP stakeholders throughout the customer lifecycle and collaborating with Customer Facing Roles within ECS.
- Coordination with different ECS stakeholders to enable a seamless customer transition experience.
- Creating detailed playbooks covering the onboarding scenarios.
- Maintaining regular alignment with the SAP stakeholders involved in the onboarding process.
- Identifying and resolving roadblocks during customer onboarding.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports for customer Onboarding
- Experience working in complex and large-scale projects and supporting day-to-day activities in SAP ATLAS tool with less or no supervision.
- Expertise in identifying potential risks in the process/data and implementing mitigation strategies to resolve impact.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams, multiple stakeholders and ensure process efficiency. Preparing & sharing status report/ communication to internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience analyzing complex data and make data-driven decisions to optimize the process.
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in using ticketing tools (Service Now, JIRA etc.) and software will be added advantage.
- Problem-solving and attention to detail skills. Should be proactive in taking ownership for assigned job duties.
- Experience in MS Office tools required.
- End to End accountable for any topic which arose during customer Onboarding phase.
- Team will take ownership and drive topics which is impacting the customer Onboarding journey
- Enablement session to Customer facing role: Team is responsible for providing Kick off session to all customer facing role within and outside ECS
- Ensure Master Data for the team is setup
- Responsible to ensure other team follows the Playbook for Customer Onboarding both Net New and customers migrating from DE to ATLAS
- Weekly alignment with Customer facing roles like (CDM, PL, TSM, IAE, ECSP)
- Align with Sales team to ensure the deal is booked in tool like CPQ and SOM
- Conduct Milestone Planning to identify date for each milestone.
- Align with CDM to ensure CASEntitlement is ready
- GUID Mismatches are aligned with ATLAS CLD team
- Ensure DED entry and both internal and customer contacts are maintained in ATLAS
- Once Commercial status is BOOKED. Team informs the Build team to kick start the Build
- Team also accountable to ensure SAP for me is available for Customer and also Balance Statement is released without any delay
Work Experience
- Experience: Proven work experience in Technical Program and Project preferably within IT organization.
- Prior Knowledge on SAP Products is added advantage.

- Education: Bachelor’s degree IT or related field.
