Job Description Purpose: The position will manage legal matters in LATAM for the Innovative Medicine Business, making relevant connections with local and global GLO teams and providing legal advice to COEs, IBVTs and the Innovative Medicine Regional organization, with a generalist profile, being able to handle different legal areas (antitrust, IP, contracts, regulatory, etc.) to further the interests of the business regionally, while protecting the company’s innovation, rights, interests and reputation. Responsibilities - Acts as an advisor to the business organization in identifying strategies on regulatory and IP matters to protect our innovative products. - Provide legal advice to the COEs in matters such as contracts with vendors (in partnership with the STORM team), anti‑trust and use of artificial intelligence in IM LATAM, ensuring compliance with local regulations and in partnership with the Privacy organization. - Provide legal advice to the IBVTs in matters such as contracts with HCPs and vendors (in partnership with the STORM team) and development of access strategies related to pipeline products for IM LATAM. - Advise the Patient Solutions group on projects, business policies, practices, and procedures that comply with applicable laws and regulations. - Provide appropriate training to regional teams on key legal topics, such as contracting processes, competition law, anti‑corruption laws, and ethics and compliance, the latter in collaboration with our Health Care Compliance and Privacy organizations. Languages English and Spanish are mandatory.
