Key Responsibilities Support daily site operations. Maintain and update technical documentation. Manage POs, goods receipts, local suppliers, material inventory, and logistics records. Support on-site procurement, control of tools, spare parts, and consumables. Handle site administrative routines, including but not limited to invoice monitoring, fuel control, subcontractors / employees' timesheet and other facilities control. Support spares and consumables coordination to ensure material availability. Job Requirements Safety mindset. Proactive, organized, and able to work independently. Good communication. SAP knowledge. Advanced MS Excel. Experience in energy or construction sectors. Work allocated on-site English desired Contract Type CLT — 2-year fixed term contract with possibility of permanent employment.
