ABOUT THE ROLE Estamos em busca de uma pessoa para atuar com gestão operacional em tempo real, garantindo aderência ao planejamento diário da operação e equilíbrio entre demanda, capacidade e mão de obra. A posição exige visão analítica, rapidez na tomada de decisão e forte capacidade de comunicação em um ambiente dinâmico e de alta volumetria. Principais responsabilidades - Monitorar o plano operacional do dia (recebimento, picking, packing e expedição) - Garantir balanceamento de headcount e capacidade entre processos - Acompanhar produtividade, backlog, SLA e riscos operacionais - Realizar remanejamento de recursos conforme necessidade operacional - Publicar e acompanhar metas por hora e plano do turno - Escalar incidentes e apoiar planos de contingência - Construir e acompanhar indicadores operacionais - Apoiar melhorias contínuas e padronização de processos - Gestão da base de dados operacional e headcount Requisitos - Experiência com operações logísticas, planejamento operacional ou gestão de fluxo - Conhecimento em acompanhamento de KPIs operacionais - Excel intermediário/avançado - Boa comunicação e perfil analítico - Capacidade de atuar sob pressão e com senso de urgência Diferenciais - Inglês intermediário/avançado - Experiência com WMS - Vivência em operações de alta volumetria e ambiente 24x7 CAREERS AT SHEIN We Commit to Inclusion At SHEIN, we believe that diversity is the force that drives innovation.
