Overview
Our wellbeing team develops, delivers, and evaluates health and wellbeing strategies for Concentrix Trust & Safety teams. We strengthen positive mental and physical health and support a healthy culture across the organization.
The Wellbeing Professional coordinates and delivers wellbeing programs and engagement activities, promoting access to wellbeing services. You will collaborate closely with the clinical wellbeing team, delivery team, and support teams to continuously improve a robust wellbeing program.
Because this is Trust & Safety, you’ll work with people regularly exposed to harmful content, including hate speech, violence, child safety issues, depictions of harm to self or others, and harm to animals.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain high-standard wellbeing spaces across all sites.
Act as the main liaison between clinical wellbeing, delivery, and content moderators to ensure effective program delivery.
Be the primary on-site/client-facing point of contact for wellbeing communications.
Ensure wellbeing frameworks are standardized and sessions/activities are scheduled and delivered.
Monitor employee health through floor walks and engagement sessions (e.g., focus groups).
Support content moderators to participate in creative, mindfulness-based, and clinical wellbeing activities.
Deliver engagement activities aligned with company culture and wellbeing objectives; send timely communications with tools and strategies.
Provide a confidential, non-judgemental space; respond appropriately to incidents and crises per protocol, with proper escalation.
Partner with the corporate wellbeing team and local internal/external resources; supervise wellbeing coordinators (when applicable).
Run a regular cadence of stakeholder meetings and collect/analyze wellbeing data (attendance, engagement, feedback) to measure impact and support reporting.
Support content moderators in using wellbeing technology and ensure timely data submissions for cross-functional reporting.
Qualifications & Experience
3–4 years delivering engagement activities (preferably in content moderation or customer service).
Solid knowledge of mental health and wellbeing; desire to support others.
Experience implementing wellbeing programs, including crisis management.
Experience managing/supervising others; managing data and tracking employee engagement initiatives.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills; ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
Proficient with Microsoft Office; comfortable with virtual platforms (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams).
Candidate Profile (Preferred)
Occupational Wellbeing Specialist; Bachelor’s/Master’s in Psychology; active CRP.
Proven crisis management experience; knowledge of local/regional wellbeing resources.
Strong people management and presentation skills; ability to work in a dynamic environment.
Client management and content moderation experience is a plus.
Fluency in English (reading, writing, speaking) and strong understanding of wellbeing for corporate environments.
Additional Information
Hours: 9:00 AM–7:00 PM, 5x2; on-site in São Paulo.
