The ecosystem includes Envision AESC (global battery leader) and Univers (AIoT-enabled digital energy management platform).Green HydrogenEnvision is developing large-scale integrated green hydrogen and ammonia industrial parks, including one of the world's largest net-zero hydrogen projects in Chifeng, Inner Mongolia (1.5 million tons planned annual capacity).Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise daily EHS activities on-site, ensuring compliance with safety standards and proceduresConduct risk assessments and ensure proper control measures for high-risk activities (e.G., work at height, lifting operations, electrical works)Monitor contractor activities and enforce EHS requirementsPerform regular site inspections and safety auditsLead incident reporting and support investigations, ensuring corrective actions are implementedPromote safety awareness through toolbox talks and on-site trainingEnsure compliance with local regulations and company EHS policiesSupport emergency preparedness, including drills and response coordinationJob RequirementsBachelor's degree or technical qualification in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or related fieldsExperience in EHS within wind farm, construction, or energy projects is preferredStrong knowledge of high-risk activities (lifting, working at heights, electrical safety)Familiarity with local EHS regulations and standardsExperience supervising contractors on-siteAdvanced English (to be tested)Availability to work on-site and travel as required
