About the Job Hyamax is an international company in the medical aesthetics industry, focused on expanding its global distribution network.We are looking for a well-connected professional based in Brazil to support our market entry into the Brazilian medical aesthetics market by identifying and introducing potential distributors, clinics, and strategic partners in the medical and aesthetics sector.In this role, you will represent Hyamax, initiate conversations with clinics, distributors, and key industry players, and help facilitate initial business opportunities across Brazil.This is a commission-based collaboration, offering attractive earnings for each successful distributor agreement or deal.For high-performing candidates, this position can evolve into a long-term role as a Sales Representative for the French-speaking market in Europe, with base salary + commission and responsibility for developing and managing local sales. Requirements Based in Brazil with strong knowledge of the Brazilian business environment, including local market dynamics, communication styles, and business cultureExisting network in medical aesthetics, dermatology clinics, plastic surgery clinics, or distribution channelsExperience in business development, sales, distributor management, or healthcare/aesthetics partnershipsProven ability to open doors and connect with key decision-makers in BrazilStrong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skillsSelf-driven, proactive, and comfortable working independentlyFluent in PortugueseEnglish proficiency is required for communication with the international teamSpanish proficiency is a plus but not mandatory
