This role ensures accurate and timely payroll processing, maintains HR data integrity, and provides high-quality support to employees and managers. The position partners with HR, Finance, and business stakeholders to ensure compliance, efficiency, and a positive employee experience.Roles & Responsibilities:Processes payroll for the United States employees, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and complianceReviews and validates payroll inputs including hires, terminations, compensation changes, bonuses, and deductionsAudits payroll data and resolve discrepancies prior to payroll finalizationSupports payroll compliance with applicable laws, tax regulations, and company policiesMaintains payroll records, documentation, and audit trailsExecutes HR shared services transactions including hires, terminations, transfers, and employee data changesEnsures data accuracy across HRIS, payroll, and related systemsResponds to employee and manager inquiries related to payroll, HR processes, and policiesPartners with HR, Finance, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate employee lifecycle processingSupports reconciliations including payroll, benefits, and general ledger alignmentAssists with year-end processes such as tax reporting and annual compensation cyclesCoordinates with vendors and systems to ensure smooth payroll and HR operationsIdentifies and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracyEnsures compliance with internal controls, audits, and documentation standardsProvides reporting and insights on payroll and HR operations metricsQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)6-8 years of payroll, HR operations, or shared servicesKnowledge of payroll processes, tax regulations, and compliance requirements for the United StatesExperience with payroll systems (e.g., ADP Total Source or similar)Experience working with payroll systems and vendorsStrong knowledge of payroll regulations, tax requirements, and compliance across multiple jurisdictions for the United StatesKnowledge of Microsoft Office Products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams)Proficiency in English and the local language of the country or region supported, including strong verbal and written communication skillsDemonstrated ability to handle confidential informationAbility to work collaboratively across business teamsAbility to make timely and effective decisionsStrong attention to detail and ability to manage sensitive dataAbility to adapt to changing business needsCommunication skills in both verbal and in writingStrong organizational and time management skillsStrong Critical thinking skillsStrong Customer Service skillsStrong Problem-solving skillsPreferred Qualifications:Experience supporting global payroll operationsFamiliarity with HRIS systems and integrationsPayroll-related certification(s)Work Environment:The role will be performed in a manufacturing setting with frequent exposure to equipment and machinery.May require occasional travel between plant locations and corporate offices.Flexibility to work in both an office and a plant environment is required.
