Contract: Senior AI / Agentic AI Engineer Location: Brazil (Remote/Hybrid) Key Responsibilities - Design and develop Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions - Build Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) applications - Develop multi-agent workflows and autonomous AI systems - Integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) into enterprise applications - Design and implement vector database solutions - Collaborate with Data Engineering teams to leverage enterprise data platforms - Optimise AI applications for performance, scalability, and security - Support AI governance, monitoring, and operational best practices Required Skills - Python - Experience building Generative AI applications - Large Language Models (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar) - Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) - Prompt engineering - API integration and application development - Vector database - Cloud platforms (Azure preferred) - Git and CI/CD practices Preferred Skill - Agentic AI frameworks (LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, Semantic Kernel, or similar - Azure OpenAI - Databricks - MLflow - MLOps - Knowledge graph solutions - Multi-agent orchestration - AI observability and evaluation frameworks Experience - 4+ years of software engineering or AI engineering experience - 2+ years working with Generative AI technologies - Experience deploying AI solutions in enterprise environments - Experience building production-grade AI applications Nice to Have - Experience working with engineering, industrial, energy, manufacturing, or operational technology environment - Experience processing large volumes of technical documentation and unstructured data - Familiarity with AI governance, compliance, and responsible AI frameworks
