Job OverviewWe are looking for a highly capable and hands-on HR Manager to lead and oversee the Human Resources function for our Brazil operations. This role will be responsible for building structured HR processes, supporting business growth, strengthening organizational culture, and ensuring full compliance with Brazil labor regulations. The ideal candidate should combine strong HR operational expertise with people management capabilities and be comfortable operating in a fast-paced, multicultural, and rapidly scaling environment. This position requires someone who can balance strategic HR initiatives with day-to-day operational execution. This role will work closely with regional leadership, department heads, Finance, Admin, and external vendors to ensure smooth HR operations and a strong employee experience across the organization.
