Lead full-cycle recruitment efforts for all levels from sourcing and screening through offer negotiation and close ensuring a consistently high-quality candidate experience;2. Work closely with business leaders to deeply understand each team's organizational structure, responsibilities, strengths/gaps, and key business drivers, translating that insight into effective hiring strategies.3. Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through proactive sourcing across multiple channels 4. Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers setting realistic expectations, providing market intelligence, and coaching interviews on best practices and calibration.5. Deliver a best-in-class candidate experience from first contact to day one, serving as a positive ambassador for the company brand.6. Track and analyze key recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, offer acceptance rate, pipeline conversion, source effectiveness) and use data to continuously improve the process.Job Requirements:1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.2. Experience in strategic recruiting experience, preferably in an international business context.3. Proven track record of successful recruiting for complex and senior-level positions.4. Strong understanding of global labor markets and international hiring practices.5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.6. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.7.
