Business Advisor to the President
Location: Rio de Janeiro, Brazil
Responsibilities
- Shaping and delivering business priorities, balancing short-term performance and long-term strategy.
- Driving the development, execution, and tracking of the country strategy (acting as PMO where required).
- Ensuring delivery against strategic priorities by tracking key initiatives, outcomes, and performance metrics.
- Managing a complex portfolio of cross‑functional topics and ensuring alignment across business lines.
- Leading or coordinating special projects.
- Supporting engagement with senior external stakeholders and staying attuned to external developments, proactively identifying risks, opportunities, and innovation levers.
- Structuring and managing leadership meetings, improving effectiveness, alignment, and team dynamics.
- Maintaining strong internal networks to sense emerging issues and ensuring timely escalation and resolution.
- Developing high‑quality executive communications and materials for internal and external audiences.
Qualifications
- Legal authorization to work in Brazil on a full‑time basis.
- University degree in any discipline – degrees in Business, Engineering, Economics or related fields are advantageous.
- 5+ years of relevant professional experience, ideally in strategy, business advisory, commercial, or leadership support roles within complex organizations.
- Strong understanding of business drivers, value creation, and financial/commercial decision‑making.
