Description Acendeo is looking for a hands-on n8n Automation Specialist to build, scale, and evolve our internal automation infrastructure. You’ll use n8n to integrate CRMs , eMail systems , third-party APIs , and AI tools to power our growth engine and operational workflows. This is the professional opportunity of your career!!! Only candidates with level C1 or C2 will be considered: A1 Beginner A2 Elementary B1 Intermediate B2 Upper-Intermediate C1 Advanced C2 Proficient Responsibilities Build and maintain automation workflows using n8n Integrate tools like CRMs , email platforms, and external APIs Leverage AI agents to enrich leads and automate decision-making Test, debug, and validate workflows to ensure business alignment Collaborate with internal teams to define automation goals and iterate quickly Document automation logic and data flows for future scaling Requirements Strong experience with workflow automation tools and demonstrated practical application of n8n Deep understanding of APIs , webhooks , and data transformation (JSON, HTTP, OAuth) Proven ability to connect, integrate, and orchestrate multiple systems Comfortable working with low-code tools as well as writing custom logic where needed Excellent troubleshooting , debugging , and testing skills Clear written and verbal communication Experience creating and maintaining excellent documentation Experience with Supabase Database Experience working with Claude AI Nice To Have Experience integrating CRMs like Zoho or HubSpot Familiarity with AI agents or prompt-based automation (e.g., OpenAI , LangChain ) Background in marketing/sales ops or lead gen automation Familiarity with version control, modular workflow design, or monitoring tools
