This role is responsible for ensuring efficient execution of inbound, outbound, and cross-docking activities, supervising the operational team, and maintaining high standards of accuracy, productivity, and service level.Key ResponsibilitiesWarehouse OperationsSupervise daily warehouse operations, including inbound, outbound, and cross-docking activitiesEnsure smooth execution of picking, packing, and loading processesMonitor workflow and resolve operational issues in real timeQuality Control & PerformanceEnsure high levels of accuracy and efficiency in all operationsMonitor KPIs (productivity, error rate, on-time execution) and implement corrective actionsDrive continuous improvement initiativesInventory ManagementSupport inventory control activities, including cycle counts and stock reconciliationEnsure inventory accuracy and proper storage practicesWarehouse Organization & LayoutMaintain warehouse organization and support layout optimization to improve operational flowEnsure proper use of space and material handling processesTransportation & CoordinationCoordinate with 3PL carriers (FTL/LTL) for pickups and deliveriesMonitor shipment status and ensure timely dispatch and deliveryCustomer Interface & TrackingTrack orders and provide updates to internal teams and clients when neededSupport issue resolution to ensure service level and customer satisfactionQualificationsBachelor's degree or technical diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field (preferred)Previous experience in warehouse operationsExperience with WMS or similar systemsBasic understanding of transportation operations (FTL/LTL)Language RequirementsPortuguese: Native or fluentEnglish: Minimum intermediate level (mandatory, for system usage and internal communication)Key CompetenciesHands-on and execution-orientedStrong communication skillsAttention to detail and accuracyProblem-solving mindsetAbility to work under pressure in a fast-paced environmentWork Conditions100% on-site role based in Guarulhos/SPWarehouse environment
