Role DescriptionThis is a full-time remote role for an Operations Support System Engineer. The engineer will be responsible for troubleshooting system issues, maintaining and administering network operations, and providing technical support to customers and internal teams. Additional responsibilities include overseeing system administration activities and managing Network Management Systems (NMS) to ensure optimal performance and reliability. Collaboration across teams will be essential to maintain innovative and efficient technical solutions.
