About the Company A fast-growing global in vitro diagnostics (IVD) company is expanding its commercial presence in Brazil. The company has established operations across multiple international markets and offers a comprehensive portfolio of diagnostic products serving hospitals, laboratories, and healthcare institutions worldwide. To support continued growth in Latin America, we are seeking an experienced commercial leader to drive channel development and business expansion in Brazil. Compensation: USD 55,000 – 70,000 Base Salary + Attractive Performance Incentive (Uncapped Earning Potential) Key Responsibilities Develop and execute the company's sales strategy across Brazil. Build, manage, and expand relationships with distributors, channel partners, laboratories, hospitals, and key healthcare customers. Identify new business opportunities and drive sustainable revenue growth. Lead distributor recruitment, evaluation, onboarding, and performance management. Develop territory business plans and achieve annual sales targets. Collaborate closely with regional leadership, technical support teams, and marketing functions. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory developments. Support product launches, market penetration, and brand-building initiatives. Provide accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reporting. Requirements Bachelor's degree or above. Strong local market knowledge. Fluent English communication skills (spoken and written). Minimum 5+ years of sales experience within the IVD, diagnostics, laboratory, medical device, or healthcare industry. Proven experience in channel/distributor management. Existing network within laboratories, hospitals, diagnostic centers, or healthcare distributors is highly preferred. Demonstrated track record of delivering sales growth and achieving commercial targets. Strong business development, negotiation, and relationship management skills. Ability to work independently in a fast-growing international environment.
