We are looking for a Junior Key Account Manager with a hunter profile to work at Amaris Consulting with large IT accounts, focused on relationship management, business expansion, and high‐level client service. Main responsibilities Manage strategic IT accounts, acting as Amaris' focal point for the client. Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders. Develop business within existing clients (hunting & farming), opening new areas and opportunities. Support the structuring of account plans, targets, and pipeline, including cold calling and active prospecting . Work in close partnership with Talent Acquisition/Delivery to fulfill client demands. Monitor account KPIs and report results. Requirements Experience in Key Account Management / Sales / Customer Success in IT services/consulting . Proven experience working with large accounts . Excellent communication skills, professional presence, and ability to engage with executive‐level stakeholders . Results‐driven, organized, and autonomous profile.
