Summary A global industrial technology company is seeking a Project Manager – ERP Localization to lead strategic ERP localization initiatives. This role combines project management responsibilities with acting as a Product Owner for localization solutions, ensuring compliance with Brazil's complex tax and regulatory environment while supporting continuous system improvements. The ideal candidate brings a strong foundation in ERP platforms — particularly SAP or Epicor — alongside deep knowledge of Brazilian tax legislation and localization requirements. You will work closely with local and global teams, including Centers of Excellence, to drive delivery quality and regulatory alignment across the organization. Key responsibilities Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities in functional processes and systems. Oversee a portfolio of IT initiatives and projects, ensuring consistent and timely status reporting. Gather and define business requirements, manage backlog, and prioritize initiatives. Proceed with the qualification (business case, ROI, scope, risks) of the demands and submit to the approval gates when needed. Prepare and manage project timelines, budget, stakeholders, risks, and deliverables, ensuring high quality and on-time execution. Lead implementation, enhancement, and sustainment projects related to ERP localization in Brazil Act as Product Owner for localization solutions, being responsible for product roadmap, contracts, and tickets monitoring. These are the solutions: ERP localization modules (Brazil) Tax and regulatory reporting systems Collaborate closely with functional areas (as Finance and Tax, among others), and also global Centers of Excellence (CoEs) and other IT teams. Support the implementation and sustainment of Brazil's Tax Reform, ensuring compliance with evolving regulatory requirements. Support and manage the implementation of special tax regimes. Drive the rollout and implementation of business processes and modules for new Wabtec entities and operational expansion projects related to: Order to Cash (O2C) Procure to Pay (P2P) Ensure proper integration between ERP systems and third-party tax solutions Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a STEM field (Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related areas) or Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields, with a postgraduate degree in Information Technology (FinOps-oriented profiles are a plus) Advanced English proficiency (required for interaction with global teams and Centers of Excellence) Desired technical skills Experience with Oracle E-Business Suite (Oracle EBS) Knowledge of Thomson Reuters tax solutions, such as: DFe, Taxone, OneSource, OSGT/GTM, Tax Analyser Strong understanding of Brazilian tax legislation Experience with ERP localization projects in Brazil Familiarity with Brazilian Tax Reform and statutory reporting requirements Knowledge of O2C and P2P business processes Experience with system integrations and solution architecture Soft skills Strong project management and prioritization skills Analytical mindset and problem-solving orientation Excellent communication skills with ability to engage local and global stakeholders Proactive attitude and strong sense of ownership Ability to work in a dynamic and evolving environment Nice to have Previous experience in multinational or industrial environments Experience with digital transformation or ERP implementation programs Project management certifications (PMP, Agile, Scrum, etc.) Work model On-site role in Contagem/MG, 5 days per week
