Talent Acquisition Specialist Role Overview We are seeking a proactive and adaptable Talent Acquisition Specialist with experience recruiting across multiple industries and mid-level roles , including global and remote hiring. This role is critical to building a high-quality, scalable team. You will partner closely with hiring managers across departments to identify talent needs, run efficient hiring processes, and bring in candidates who align with both skill requirements and company culture. Key Responsibilities Full-Cycle Recruiting Own end-to-end recruitment for mid-level roles across functions (Marketing, Operations, Customer Support, etc.) Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and candidate profiles Manage job postings across platforms and optimize for visibility and quality Screen candidates, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate hiring processes Drive structured and efficient interview workflows Global & Remote Hiring Source and recruit candidates across different regions and time zones Manage remote hiring processes and candidate experience end-to-end Navigate international talent pools and adapt sourcing strategies accordingly Ensure smooth coordination across distributed teams Sourcing & Pipeline Building Proactively source candidates through , job boards, and other channels Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for recurring roles Identify and engage passive candidates Continuously improve sourcing strategies based on role and market conditions Process & Operations Track candidate progress and maintain organized pipelines Improve recruiting workflows, documentation, and systems Ensure a high-quality candidate experience throughout the process Support reporting on hiring metrics and pipeline health Required Skills & Experience 4–5+ years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition Experience hiring across multiple industries or functions Proven experience recruiting mid-level roles end-to-end Experience with remote and global hiring Strong sourcing skills (, outbound, etc.) Excellent organizational and pipeline management skills Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities What Makes You Exceptional You can quickly understand different roles across functions and industries You are resourceful and know how to find talent in competitive markets You bring structure and clarity to hiring processes You are highly responsive and keep both candidates and hiring managers aligned You balance speed with quality in hiring decisions You are comfortable operating in a fast-moving, evolving environment Why This Role Matters As Carepod grows, hiring the right people efficiently becomes a key driver of success.
