Maintain and update employee databases, gather and analyze HR data, and contribute to ongoing reporting efforts. Support the onboarding process by coordinating new hire communications and facilitating smooth integration into the company. Contribute to the execution of key Talent Acquisition initiatives, serving as a dedicated resource to help drive project progress and meet critical deadlines. Develop and deliver advanced reports and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making across HR and partner departments. Create documentation (video or SOPs) around Talent Acquisition processes. Qualifications Currently pursuing a degree in Business or Human Resources, or a related field within your penultimate or final year of study. Above average academic track record Professional English and Portuguese Language skills are required.
