Job DescriptionWe are looking for a high-performance, sales-driven professional to build and scale our Renewable Energy business in Brazil.This role reports directly to the BD Director in Brazil and works closely with local business leadership and global business development team.This role offers a unique opportunity to build, scale, and lead our Renewable Energy practice in Brazil, with full commercial ownership and direct impact on business growthThis is a full-cycle, business-critical role where you will be responsible not only for delivering top talent but also for developing new business and expanding existing accounts in Brazil.You will operate across sales, recruitment, and day-to-day operations, owning the full lifecycle — from prospecting and closing deals to executing recruitment processes and managing client relationships and contracts.This is a role for someone who thrives in a high-performance, target-driven environment, with strong ownership and commercial ambition.Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development & Market ExpansionProactively develop new business opportunities in Brazil, expanding existing service lines and driving revenue growthIdentify market opportunities, assess feasibility, and recommend new business initiativesActively prospect new clients through cold outreach, networking, and market intelligenceLead commercial discussions, present solutions, and close new dealsPrepare commercial proposals, quotations, and client presentationsConduct regular client visits (prospects and existing clients) to strengthen relationships and generate new opportunitiesSupport and coordinate strategic initiatives such as partnerships, mergers, or business associationsClient Management & Account GrowthBuild strong relationships with client leadership and key stakeholdersIdentify opportunities to expand, improve, or troubleshoot existing services and contractsEnsure high levels of client satisfaction and promote a strong market image of the companyPerform regular client follow-ups to ensure smooth contract execution and service deliveryCritically review new contracts, renewals, and amendmentsRecruitment & Operational Delivery (Hands-on)Run end-to-end recruitment processes (job briefing, sourcing, interviews, offer negotiation)Actively source candidates using multiple channels (LinkedIn, direct search, referrals, etc.)Work closely with internal teams to initiate recruitment processes based on client demandsStay deeply involved in the day-to-day recruitment operations, ensuring speed and qualityManage multiple open roles simultaneously while maintaining a high delivery standardCommercial & Operational ManagementManage and oversee contracts and proposals within the Brazilian operationCollaborate with the Business Managers to prepare and execute budgetsEnsure alignment between sales, recruitment delivery, and financial targetsDrive accountability for both revenue generation and operational excellenceRequirementsFluent English (mandatory - daily interaction with international clients and candidates)Strong background in sales, business development, or client acquisitionDemonstrated ability to generate leads and close new businessHighly resilient, proactive, and target-oriented mindset True hunter profile – comfortable with cold outreach and rejectionEntrepreneurial mindset with strong ownership mentalityAbility to balance sales + delivery execution without compromising eitherHigh energy, competitiveness, and ambition to outperform targetsStrong communication and negotiation skillsNice to HaveExperience in the renewable energy sector (solar, wind, etc.)Proven experience in recruitment (agency or in-house)Previous experience in a 360 recruitment roleExisting client network or market specializationWhat We OfferYou will lead the growth of our Renewable Energy vertical in Brazil, with full ownership of market development.High visibility within both local and global leadership teams.Competitive compensation and benefits.Professional developmentInternational exposureFast-track career progression based on performance
