Payroll Senior Specialist
This role is critical in ensuring the accuracy and compliance of all payroll process, playing a crucial role in the well-being of our employees and the financial health of the company.
Key responsibilities:
- Process monthly payroll, including salaries, overtime, bonuses, commissions, advances, and deductions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Calculate and collect social charges and taxes related to payroll (INSS, FGTS, IRRF, etc.), in compliance with current legislation.
- Administer and manage benefits (transportation vouchers, meal/food vouchers, health plan, dental plan, life insurance), including inclusions, exclusions, and changes.
- Execute hiring, termination, and vacation processes, ensuring compliance with deadlines and correct documentation.
- Prepare and submit ancillary declarations and obligations (eSocial, RAIS, DIRF, among others).
- Provide support and assistance to employees for clarification of doubts related to payroll, benefits, and labor legislation.
- Ensure compliance with labor, social security, and tax legislation, staying updated on changes.
- Prepare management reports and personnel cost analyses.
Job Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in payroll.
- Technical skills:
-Advanced proficiency in Excel
-Experience with payroll systems
-Experience with Workday is a differential.
