About the job The Account Executive will be responsible for driving revenue growth through the prospecting, qualification, and closing of new business opportunities. Acting as the primary point of contact for potential clients, you will manage the full sales cycle, from first outreach to contract signature, positioning Credix's financial solutions as the ideal fit for each client's business objectives. Qualifications Minimum 3 years of proven experience as Account Executive or in a similar sales role. Track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas. Experience selling Financial Solutions and/or B2B Services, ideally into Industry, Wholesale & Distribution verticals. Proficiency in CRM systems and pipeline management tools. Fluent English (spoken and written). Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong negotiation and closing techniques. Ability to build trusted professional relationships at all organizational levels. Results-driven and self-motivated, comfortable working autonomously and cross-functionally. Consultative approach — positions solutions based on client needs, not product features. Comfortable with ambiguity and rapid iteration in a fast-paced fintech environment. Willingness to travel across São Paulo and Brazil as needed for in-person client meetings. Responsibilities Take ownership of existing pipeline and make contact with key stakeholders from day one. Build a robust and accurate pipeline of qualified opportunities with clear segmentation by ICP. Close deals and consistently meet and exceed quarterly sales quotas and KPIs defined by the Revenue lead. Maintain CRM hygiene with up-to-date activity logs, pipeline stages, and account intelligence after every interaction. Conduct effective product demos and proposals for decision-makers and key stakeholders, achieving a demo-to-proposal conversion rate above benchmark. Collaborate with Marketing and Customer Success teams to ensure smooth client transitions and high early retention.
