Contract: Senior AI / Agentic AI Engineer Location: Brazil (Remote/Hybrid) Key Responsibilities Design and develop Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions Build Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) applications Develop multi-agent workflows and autonomous AI systems Integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) into enterprise applications Design and implement vector database solutions Collaborate with Data Engineering teams to leverage enterprise data platforms Optimise AI applications for performance, scalability, and security Support AI governance, monitoring, and operational best practices Required Skills Python Experience building Generative AI applications Large Language Models (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar) Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) Prompt engineering API integration and application development Vector database Cloud platforms (Azure preferred) Git and CI/CD practices Preferred Skill Agentic AI frameworks (LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, Semantic Kernel, or similar Azure OpenAI Databricks MLflow MLOps Knowledge graph solutions Multi-agent orchestration AI observability and evaluation frameworks Experience 4+ years of software engineering or AI engineering experience 2+ years working with Generative AI technologies Experience deploying AI solutions in enterprise environments Experience building production-grade AI applications Nice to Have Experience working with engineering, industrial, energy, manufacturing, or operational technology environment Experience processing large volumes of technical documentation and unstructured data Familiarity with AI governance, compliance, and responsible AI frameworks
