Job Title: Senior Finance Analyst – Supply Chain Location: São Paulo, São Paulo, Brazil Type: Full Time Our Client is seeking a strategic and results-driven Senior Financial Analyst to support financial performance and optimization across the supply chain. This role partners closely with cross-functional teams to drive cost efficiency, risk management, and data-driven decision-making. Relocation support is available for qualified candidates authorized to work. Key Responsibilities Business Partnering & Strategy Partner with Supply Chain leadership to support transformation initiatives and achieve project milestones Provide financial insights and recommendations to enable informed decision-making Build strong relationships with cross-functional stakeholders across finance and business teams Financial Planning & Analysis Deliver quarterly actuals vs. budget reporting and detailed variance analysis Lead forecasting activities, including submission and validation of financial projections Analyze key supply chain KPIs (Capex, Opex, savings vs. budget) Analytics & Performance Optimization Develop financial models and analysis to support strategic initiatives Monitor supply chain performance and identify cost-saving opportunities Drive data-driven improvements across financial processes and reporting Process Improvement & Automation Lead initiatives to redesign, standardize, and simplify processes Leverage automation tools (e.g., Power BI, Power Apps, Alteryx, KNIME) to improve efficiency Enhance reporting accuracy and scalability through digital solutions Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or Business Management Relevant experience in finance or business roles (Supply Chain experience preferred) Strong knowledge of cost accounting and inventory accounting Advanced skills in financial modeling and data analysis Proficiency in advanced Excel and data/automation tools (Power BI, Alteryx, KNIME, Power Apps) Excellent communication and presentation skills Strong problem-solving ability with a structured, analytical approach Ability to work in a dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities Preferred Qualifications Experience with SAP and Microsoft tools Background as a Finance Business Partner Strong exposure to Supply Chain operations and financial processes What We're Looking For A proactive, analytical professional with a strong business partnering mindset Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights Strong collaborator who thrives in a cross-functional environment Passion for continuous improvement, automation, and efficiency Results-driven individual with the ability to influence key stakeholders
