Job Responsibilities:1、Coordinate human resources work in our Brazil company (mainly human relationship,payroll,recruitment), and assist in the implementation of project-based work from the headquarters, such as campus recruitment;2、Be responsible for daily administrative affairs of the company, such as the purchase of fixed assets, application for company-related business qualifications, annual inspection approval, etc.;3、Organize various meetings and union activities of the local company;4、Handle other tasks assigned by the leadership.Job Requirements:1、Full-time undergraduate degree or above, majoring in Human Resources or Administrative Management or related fields;2、Have 2-3 years of relevant experience;3、Familiar with national labor and personnel regulations and policies, and have received training in human resource management, labor laws, business management, etc.;3、Have strong interpersonal skills, be upright and have a strong affinity;4、Be proactive, responsible, have a good sense of service, strong goal orientation, and good stress resistance;5、Portuguese is a must,proficient in Chinese or English is preferred.
