Mission DescriptionAs an experienced Business Support Analyst, your mission is to secure and optimize business performance by providing reliable data, insightful analysis, and robust process support. You monitor and challenge key operational and financial indicators, identify risks and improvement levers, and drive the implementation of corrective and optimization actions. Acting as a strategic partner to management and operational teams, you ensure the reliability of data, the efficiency of tools and processes, and the compliance of activities with internal policies and deadlines.Profile RequirementResponsibilities:Support the client invoicing and collection process; Assist in the organization and control of client documentation; Conduct market data analysis and support presentations on business development; Contribute information for commercial proposals and public tenders (bids); Support the preparation of materials and high-level prospecting meetings with C-level stakeholders; Assist in structuring and disseminating strategic knowledge within the company; Review request terms with managers and directors; Collaborate with different teams (managers, key accounts, and the pre-sales team) to ensure the quality of commercial deliverables.Amaris Consulting prides itself on being an equal opportunity workplace.
