Sales Development Representative Remote | Outbound
About the Role
Advantagy is hiring a remote Sales Development Representative to help drive sales pipeline and revenue for a manufacturer expanding into the U.S. market.
This is a base-plus-commission sales role for someone who can build pipeline from the ground up through consistent, high-quality outbound outreach to high value accounts. The right person is confident making calls, writing strong emails, using LinkedIn, following up persistently, and creating opportunities with distributors, independent reps, retailers, contractors, and other channel partners.
Primary Responsibilities
Own outbound prospecting to priority accounts, including distributors, independent reps, retailers, contractors, and other channel partners
Execute daily outreach through phone, email, LinkedIn, and other creative prospecting channels
Build relationships with high-value buyers and decision-makers in competitive markets
Book qualified meetings and move interested prospects to the next step in the sales process
Respond quickly to replies, qualify interest, capture notes, and manage follow-up
Maintain clean CRM records, including contacts, companies, activities, notes, and deal status
Provide weekly reporting on outreach volume, replies, meetings booked, opportunities created, and market feedback
Coordinate product samples, collateral, spec sheets, pricing requests, and other sales materials when needed
Track buying windows and time outreach around seasonal or known purchasing cycles
Monitor LinkedIn and other channels for relevant engagement triggers and outreach opportunities
Support trade show and event outreach before, during, and after key industry events
Share prospect feedback, objections, pricing sensitivity, and messaging insights with the Advantagy team
What You Bring
5+ years of B2B outbound sales or sales development experience
Comfortable making outbound calls to U.S.-based buyers
Fluent or native written and spoken English
Proven ability to book meetings and create pipeline from cold prospects
Experience with sales conversations, qualification, and closing support
Familiarity with distributors, independent reps, retailers, contractors, or channel sales preferred
Strong CRM discipline and attention to detail
Self-directed, organized, persistent, and comfortable working remotely
Creative approach to prospecting and breaking into difficult accounts
Comfortable in a base-plus-commission compensation structure
Compensation
This is a base-plus-commission role with a minimum earnings guarantee for the first several months as the pipeline is established .
