Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee all hard and soft facilities services, including maintenance, janitorial, waste management, and workplace services. Ensure facilities comply with local Brazilian regulations, corporate EH&S, and Security requirements Lead and coordinate construction, refurbishment, and fit‐out projects, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations Project management, supervising and coordinating the work of contractors (3rd parties); Managing and leading changes to ensure minimum disruption to core activities; Coordinate equipment and structure repairs. Act as primary facilities point of contact with landlords, including service coordination and issue escalation Plan and optimize space utilization across leased and co‐working environments Keeping staff safe. Planning best allocation and utilization of space and resources for new buildings or re-organizing current premises. Checking that agreed work by staff or contractors has been completed satisfactorily and following up on any deficiencies Support facilities budget planning, cost control, invoice validation, and procurement processes Responding appropriately to emergencies or urgent issues as they arise and dealing with the consequences. Manage the access Control System Qualification pre-entry experience (3 years), experience in areas such as (not need to have experience in all areas): building/construction engineering management Customer Service Experience managing leased office environments and external service providers Knowledge of hard and soft services, Security, and EH&S practices Experience coordinating construction or office fit‐out projects Experience in co‐working environment.
