This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in our expansion journey and help position Bosanet as the leading platform for the food and beverage industry across Latin America.What will you do?As our Sales Executive for Brazil, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities through a consultative sales approach.Your responsibilities will include:Prospecting and acquiring new B2B clients within the Brazilian market.Building and managing a strong commercial pipeline.Conducting discovery meetings and understanding client needs.Presenting Bosanet's value proposition and solutions.Preparing commercial proposals and negotiating agreements.Managing objections and guiding prospects through the decision-making process.Maintaining accurate CRM records and tracking sales performance.Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure an outstanding customer experience.Contributing to Bosanet's regional growth strategy and market expansion.Education & QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing, Communications, International Business, or related fields.5+ years of proven experience in B2B sales and business development.Experience selling technology solutions, SaaS platforms, consulting services, or related industries.Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets, KPIs, and revenue goals.Advanced English proficiency (C1 or higher) – mandatory.Portuguese native speaker or fluent proficiency – mandatory.Experience & SkillsStrong background in hunting, lead generation, and client acquisition.Experience working with CRM platforms such as HubSpot or similar tools.Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.Strong analytical skills and experience managing sales metrics and dashboards.Knowledge of food & beverage, technology, consumer goods, services, or international business sectors is highly valued.Why Bosanet?Join a company that is transforming the food and beverage ecosystem through technology, innovation, and data-driven solutions.
