We are looking for a Senior SAP Plan-to-Deliver (P2D) Quality AssuranceConsultant to manage end-to-end quality management processes within SAPS/4HANA. This role is essential for ensuring product quality, compliance, andcontinuous improvement in a manufacturing environment. You will design andimplement SAP Quality Management (QM) solutions to support inspection,defect management, and regulatory compliance.This is a senior, hands-on role. We are seeking a professional who can design,configure, and drive significant business impact rather than a standard staffaugmentation profile.Key Responsibilities• Solution Design & Architecture: Design SAP S/4HANA qualitymanagement solutions and define quality planning, inspection, and defectmanagement processes.• Implementation & Configuration: Configure SAP QM modules in ECC andS/4HANA, setting up inspection plans, lots, and quality notifications.• System Integration: Ensure quality processes are seamlessly aligned andintegrated with PP, MM, warehouse, and supply chain systems.• Project Delivery: Define scope and timelines for QA/QM workstreamswhile leading workshops with quality and operations teams.• Business Liaison: Act as the primary liaison between quality, production,supply chain, and IT to translate business requirements into technicalsolutions.Technical & Professional Requirements• Seniority: Senior Consultant / Lead level (5+ years preferred).• SAP Expertise: Deep expertise in SAP QM (ECC + S/4HANA).• Core Skills: Strong knowledge of quality planning, inspection, anddefect/notification management.• Industry Experience: Manufacturing experience is REQUIRED.Experience in the Automotive industry is a strong plus.• Project History: At least 1–2 full lifecycle implementations in complex,manufacturing-focused SAP transformations.• Language: Fluent English is mandatory for business and technicalcommunication.• Soft Skills: Analytical thinking, workshop facilitation, and a crossfunctional mindset
