The ideal candidate will lead solution architecture across product configuration, integrations, workflows, forms, and enterprise alignment for InsuranceNow-based transformations or enhancement s.This is a fully onsite ro le requiring direct collaboration with client business and technology leadershi p.Key Responsibiliti esDefine end-to-end technical architecture fo r Guidewire InsuranceN ow solutions supporting th e Homeowners L O B.Lead architecture and design for policy administration capabilities including product configuration, workflows, forms, data structures, integrations, and servicing processe s.Translate business and underwriting requirements into scalable InsuranceNow-aligned solution design s.Provide technical leadership acros s configuration, customization, integration, performance, environment strategy, and release readine s s.Design and review integrations between InsuranceNow and external/internal systems including rating, payments, documents, data providers, and enterprise platform s.Guide development and QA teams on architecture standards, coding/configuration practices, integration patterns, and non-functional requirement s.Conduct design reviews, troubleshoot complex production issues, and recommend solution improvements for scalability, resilience, and maintainabilit y.Partner with client stakeholders, business teams, product owners, and delivery leadership in onsite workshops and technical governance meeting s.Required Qualificatio nsStrong experience as a Guidewire InsuranceNow Architect / Technical Lead / Senior Solution Design e r.Deep hands-on knowledge o f Guidewire InsuranceNow architectu re, configuration constructs, rules, workflows, portal/UI considerations, forms, and integration pattern s.Strong experience i n P&C insuran ce, with specific exposure to th e Homeowners line of busine s s.Expertise in insurance product design, servicing lifecycle, policy administration integrations, and enterprise solution alignmen t.Strong understanding o f REST APIs, web services, JSON/X ML, and enterprise integration desig n.Ability to work closely with business and technical teams to shape solution roadmaps and delivery plan s.Strong leadership, communication, and client-facing skills, with prior experience in onsite stakeholder managemen t.Preferred Qualificatio nsExperience designing solutions for regional/property insurance carrier s.Exposure to cloud-native or hybrid deployment models, observability, DevOps, and release governanc e.Familiarity with regulatory, forms, document, and rating ecosystem considerations relevant to Homeowners insuranc e.
