With an industry-leading team of in-house energy experts, we are a wholly-owned subsidiary of Canadian Solar Inc. and serve as Canadian Solar's global development and power services business.About the Position:We are looking for a Systems Performance Analyst to support the analysis and optimization of performance data across our utility-scale solar and battery energy storage assets.This role is ideal for a technically strong professional with experience in data analysis, performance monitoring, and automation, who is excited to contribute to data-driven decision-making across Operations & Maintenance and related teams.You will work closely with internal stakeholders to analyze asset performance, identify improvement opportunities, develop reporting tools, and support technical investigations that enhance operational efficiency.Responsibilities:• Analyze solar PV and battery storage system performance to identify underperforming assets and support root cause investigations• Develop and maintain KPIs, dashboards, and performance reports for internal stakeholders• Support the maintenance and improvement of scripts and automation tools for operational data collection, processing, and analysis• Perform technical analyses and simulations using relevant methodologies and industry tools• Support data-driven decision-making through performance insights and reporting• Collaborate with O&M, Engineering, Development, and other internal stakeholders to support data alignment and performance optimization• Assist with continuous improvement initiatives related to asset monitoring and performance analyticsQualifications and Experience:• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Data Science, or a related field• Experience in data analysis, performance monitoring, or technical analytics roles• Strong Excel and data analysis skills• Professional experience using Python• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills• Ability to communicate clearly in English and Portuguese• Experience with solar photovoltaic or battery storage systems is a strong plus• Knowledge of SQL, Git, BI tools, and data visualization platforms is a plusAdditional Information:• Hybrid work model based in São Paulo• Occasional travel may be required
