This role is responsible for supporting technical issues with quality, agility, and customer focus, while ensuring proper troubleshooting and escalation processes.Mission.Support our customers on technical issues with the expected level of quality and agility.Key responsibilities.Serve as the first-line contact for Brazilian SI and DI customersPerform basic configuration and support for IP camerasInterpret video analytics and manage eventsConfigure video stream settings, resolution, FPS, and video compressionPerform initial troubleshooting for cameras, lenses, infrared systems, and network connectivityManage and follow up on technical support ticketsProvide remote support to system integrators and field teamsRegister and configure devices on remote platformsEscalate incidents appropriately to L2/L3 support teamsTechnical skills.Knowledge of IP CCTV systemsUnderstanding of TCP/IP networks, DHCP, DNS, and IP addressingBasic knowledge of PoE switches and device power supplyBasic knowledge and support for market-leading VMS platformsKnowledge of video storage solutions, iSCSI, and recording serversAbility to read and interpret datasheets and technical manuals in EnglishBasic knowledge of network protocols, firewall concepts, and wireless networksKnowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office packageBasic knowledge of SQL databasesBasic knowledge of Cybersecurity applied to electronic security systemsSoft skills.Strong verbal and written communication skillsOrganized and detail-oriented profileTroubleshooting and problem-solving mindsetTeamwork and collaboration skillsProactive attitude and ability to manage prioritiesExperience and qualification.Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Software, Electrical, Networks), Systems Analysis, Computer Science, or related fields1–3 years of experience in the Security or IT industryIntermediate English level
