About the RoleThe Market Development AI Specialist leads the design, implementation, and scaling of AI-driven digital solutions across CBMM's commercial and market development frontline in the various segments of the company (steel and non-steel related). The role translates growth priorities into measurable initiatives that improve lead generation, conversion, efficiency, and value capture. Acts as product owner and cross-functional orchestrator, ensuring governance, adoption, and consistent results through strong analytics, program leadership, and executive communication.Main Responsabilities:) AI Strategy & OwnershipDefine AI roadmap, prioritize use cases by value, and manage solution lifecycle (vision, backlog, releases, value delivery). Oversee initiative portfolio aligned with GTM priorities and track performance metrics.2) Market Development AgentsDevelop AI agents to accelerate niobium adoption and support customers. Structure validated knowledge into field tools, ensure governance, traceability, and safe usage with expert oversight.3) CRM Digital AgentsBuild models for segmentation, opportunity sizing, and funnel analysis. Generate insights on pricing and GTM effectiveness, translating analytics into frontline strategies and executive dashboards.Implement AI in CRM for pipeline management, lead scoring, and next-best actions. Enable account insights and coaching. Ensure governance, data quality, and Salesforce integration.5) Data & Integration ArchitectureDefine data and system requirements across CRM, ERP, BI, and repositories. Ensure integration, data quality, and a single source of truth with IT/Data teams.6) AI Governance & ComplianceEstablish AI governance (access, confidentiality, monitoring, auditability). Define policies, training, and align with Compliance, Legal, and Cybersecurity.7) Adoption & Capability BuildingLead adoption programs, training, and onboarding. Build digital champions, develop toolkits, and address adoption barriers.8) Program & Vendor ManagementLead delivery from pilot to scale, manage vendors, ensure quality and timelines, and drive ROI-based decisions.9) Performance & ImprovementMonitor adoption, ROI, and performance.
