About the RoleWe are looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented Senior Graphic Designer specializing in UI, UX, and 3D Design to join our growing team. This role is responsible for creating visually engaging digital experiences across web, mobile, branding, and marketing materials while ensuring strong usability and modern design standards.The ideal candidate combines strong graphic design expertise with user-centered thinking and 3D visualization skills, capable of transforming concepts into impactful and interactive visual experiences.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign visually compelling user interfaces for web, mobile, and digital platformsCreate user-centered UX solutions including wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and interaction designsDevelop high-quality 2D and 3D visual assets, mockups, animations, and product visualizationsCollaborate closely with Product, Marketing, Development, and Branding teams to deliver cohesive design solutionsMaintain and evolve brand identity, visual guidelines, and design systemsTranslate business requirements and user needs into intuitive and engaging designsProduce creative materials for campaigns, social media, presentations, and promotional contentConduct design reviews and ensure consistency across all digital touchpointsStay updated with current design trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practicesMentor junior designers and contribute to overall creative directionRequirementsBachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, UI/UX Design, or related fieldMinimum of 5 years of professional experience in graphic design, UI/UX, or digital designStrong portfolio showcasing UI/UX projects, branding, and 3D design workProficiency in design tools such as:Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects)Figma, Adobe XD, or SketchBlender, Cinema 4D, Maya, or other 3D softwareStrong understanding of:User interface and user experience principlesResponsive and mobile-first designTypography, color theory, and layout compositionMotion graphics and 3D renderingExperience working in fast-paced and collaborative environmentsStrong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skillsAbility to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectivelyNice to HaveExperience in animation, motion graphics, or video editingBasic understanding of HTML, CSS, and front-end design limitationsExperience in gaming, iGaming, tech, or digital product industriesKnowledge of design systems and accessibility standards
