This role is ideal for someone with experience managing website, platform, mobile app, or software development projects who understands Agile methodologies and enjoys working closely with developers, designers, QA teams, and stakeholders.Because you'll be collaborating daily with English-speaking clients and team members, strong verbal and written English communication skills are required.Required Qualifications5-7 years of experience managing software, web, mobile, or digital product projects.Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid approaches).Experience working directly with development teams.Experience using Jira and/or similar project management tools.Fuent English (written and spoken).Comfortable leading meetings, presenting project updates, and communicating directly with U.S.-based clients and stakeholders.Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Nice to HaveExperience working for international clients.Experience in a digital agency or consulting environment.Scrum Master certification.Experience with WordPress, React, React Native, Shopify, or other web/mobile technologies.Familiarity with Asana, Jira, Slack, and Google Workspace.
