Mission Plan and execute acquisition, engagement and monetization strategies, with a direct focus on growing the user base and revenue. Responsabilities - Develop and launch Go-To-Market plans - Execute growth strategies: - Acquisition - Activation - Retention - Operate performance campaigns: - Meta Ads - Google Ads - other relevant platforms - Manage CRM: - push notifications - e-mail - Automations - Set-up and follow complete funnel: - Test and optimize campaigns (A/B testing) Requirements (Mandatory) - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related fields - Advanced English level. - Strong performance marketing experience. - Experience with user acquisition for apps - Experience with CRM and automation - Command of growth metrics (CAC, LTV, Churn Rate) - Analytical Skills Nice to have - Experience with mobile apps - Experience with subscription products - Experience with streaming or media Soft Skills - Results-oriented mindset - Autonomy - Prioritization skillsStrategic thinking with practical execution.
