Local do trabalho: Brasil-São Paulo Key responsibilities Support the control of inbound and outbound goods in the warehouse and stock area; Assist in issuing, checking, and controlling invoices for inbound, outbound, transfer, and return operations; Support inventory monitoring and stock control updates; Track orders, deliveries, and logistics movements; Assist in organizing logistics documents and operational instructions; Provide support in communication with suppliers, clients, carriers, and internal departments; Support the monitoring of delivery deadlines and operational efficiency; Assist in preparing reports and Excel controls; Support the administrative routines of the logistics department; Follow internal procedures and support continuous improvement initiatives. Requirements Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Administration, Logistics, International Trade, or related fields; Interest in working in logistics and supply chain areas; Good verbal and written communication skills; Basic knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel; Organized, detail-oriented, and responsible profile; English will be considered a differential.
