OPPORTUNITY AS AN FP&A SPECIALIST AT KARL STORZ!Responsible for delivering advanced financial analysis and commercial performance insights to support business decision-making across the LATAM region.This is a senior individual contributor role, acting as a reference in FP&A topics, with strong involvement in financial planning, forecasting and performance analysis, particularly across Sales, Order Entry/Backlog and Gross Margin. In mid-2022, operations in Brazil officially began, and today we have a specialized team to support the company's growth in Brazil and strengthen our position in Latin America.Responsabilities:Play a key role in the preparation, consolidation and analysis of the regional Budget, Rolling Forecast and long-term planning processes.Independently perform variance analysis versus Budget and prior year, providing clear insights on Sales, Order Entry, Backlog and commercial KPIs.Provide actionable financial insights and recommendations to support business decision-making, in alignment with the FP&A Manager.Monitor and analyze financial performance, including revenue, margins, OPEX, Working Capital and Cash Flow, highlighting risks and opportunities.Conduct advanced commercial performance analysis across countries, customers, products and channels.Act as a reference point for Pricing Topis related to the commercial site of Brazil.Support pricing analysis and monitoring activities in collaboration with Marketing.Contribute to financial assessments of new business models, commercial initiatives and investment opportunities.Support financial inputs in demand planning processes.Support sales consolidation results for Sales Incentive calculation in Brazil, assisting on the approval flow.Design, enhance and maintain data analytics, dashboards, reporting tools and automation solutions.Prepare high-quality financial reports and presentation materials for management review.Support audits and accounting processes by providing structured financial analysis and documentation.Proactively identify improvement opportunities and contribute to the evolution of FP&A processes, tools and methodologies.Qualifications:Minimum 5+ years of experience in FP&A or Commercial finance, preferably in multinational and regional environments (experience working with at least 2 countries)Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, or related fieldsFluent in English and advanced Spanish speaker is desirable.Strong experience supporting business stakeholders, particularly commercial teams.Advanced knowledge of P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow.Strong expertise in financial planning, forecasting, P&L analysis, and financial modeling.Proficiency in ERP systems (preferably SAP), and strong command of MS Office, particularly Excel. Salesforce basic knowledge at user level is a plus.Hands‐on experience with BI and planning tools, such as SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) or TableauHigh analytical capability, structured thinking, and ability to synthesize complex information.Strong communication skills, with the ability to present financial insights to executive audiences
